These terms apply when you use the macERP app or website, provided by BallyhooTech Limited. By using macERP you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to it. Accounts are for adults using macERP for their business or property.
Your records
Everything you enter or upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so that we can provide macERP to you. You are responsible for checking that your records are accurate and complete.
Not financial or tax advice
macERP helps you organise your records. Its figures, charts, warnings and suggestions are guides only. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. Always check important figures with a qualified accountant before you file anything with HMRC or Companies House.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it, or store anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work hard to keep macERP running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We recommend keeping your own copies of important documents.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using figures shown in macERP. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using macERP and delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may end the service with reasonable notice.
App Store users
If you downloaded macERP from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement wins for your use of the iOS app.
