Tell us your account email and what you were doing. A screenshot helps a lot. In the app, Account › About has a Copy details button that copies your app version and account details for your email. We usually reply within one working day.

"This account isn't active yet"
Your account has been created but hasn't been switched on yet. Email us and we'll help.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a reset code. Passwords need at least 8 characters.
How do I give my accountant access?
Open the company, then Manage access, and invite them by email. You choose what they can see and can remove them at any time.

Delete your macERP account
macERP is made by BallyhooTech Limited. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app
- iPhone: Account › My Profile › Delete Account
- Android: the account menu (top right) › Delete Account
You'll be offered a download of your records first. Then you confirm with your password and a 6-digit code we email to you.
By email
If you can't use the app, email info@ballyhootech.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my macERP account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within one month.
What is deleted
Your login, the companies and properties you created, every record under them (income, expenses, invoices, tenants, mortgages, certificates, documents, bank statements and so on) and every file you uploaded. This can't be undone.
What is kept
Other people's own logins (for example an accountant you invited) are not deleted; they simply lose access to what you removed. Anything you added to a company someone else owns stays with that company. Copies in our server backups are overwritten as the backups are replaced. UK law may require you to keep business records for your own tax purposes, so download them first.
